Flame Sensations Fireplaces Reviews

We are extremely happy with our new fireplace insert and the service we received. I would highly recommend Flame Sensations and Mark the owner to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service!

What a great company! Mark was fantastic from start to finish.

We needed to replace a 30-year-old gas fireplace that had developed a strong creosote smell, and Mark was the only one we found who could also clean and inspect our chimney. The difference is incredible as there is no more smell, everything was cleaned with great attention to detail, and our beautiful new fireplace now warms the main floor wonderfully.

We also had our basement gas fireplace inspected and cleaned, and it is now fully functioning and looking better than ever. Mark even took the time to repaint the backing which was well beyond what we expected!

The timeline was exactly as promised, and the workmanship was excellent. We were especially impressed with the care taken to protect the area and leave everything clean and tidy once the work was completed.

A great experience, a great product, and great people! We would highly recommend Flame Sensations.

Updating my two fireplaces inside and outside was one of the best decisions I made. I love the look and feel of the space with them and the heat is amazing. It creates a beautiful ambiance. And my family including my dog love to just sit by the fireplace and chill on cold winter days. Mark and his team at flame sensations are polite, patient, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. They showed up when they said they would and really helped bring my idea to life in the space. Love love love my fireplaces and I can’t thank them enough for their guidance in helping me pick the right one. Strongly recommend
